this is commissioned 2 me by it's pluto a.k.a setsuna meioh in 's original design fashion...

u know what... i don't care if they say pluto is no longer a planet... it has never lost it's place in my heart... & i will be very very upset if they cut her out of the new upcoming sailormoon animation ... ><
